ALL ROUND GOOD GUY MOHAMED SALAH SURPRISES SCHOOL KIDS BY JUMPING THROUGH PAPER SCREEN (VIDEO)

Published

on

It’s becoming increasingly difficult to dislike Mohamed Salah. Not only is the Egyptian the clubs leading goalscorer, he is sitting firmly at the top of the clubs all round good guy table.

Liverpool invited 20 local schoolchildren to the ground to take part in a Kop Kids competition. The kids were given the task of creating their own match commentary over highlights for the chance to meet Salah in person.

However, is was all just a cunning ploy. The club had already arranged for Salah to make an appearance and had him strategically positioned behind a large paper banner, waiting for the  opportune moment to burst out and surprise the kids.

The treat was set up by LTV, and certainly did the job of putting a smile on the kids faces. Top marks to Salah he certainly brings a breath of fresh air to the game.

Video | Inter players record Christmas song ‘Inter Bells’

Published

Is the football club song back? We bloody hope so.  Whether good or bad (Lets be honest, mostly bad) the club song was always a great source of entertainment, and although often mocked, it is still sorely missed by football fans across the land. As fuel to mock your rivals if nothing else.

John Barnes played a key role in Liverpool’s 1988 classic ‘Anfield Rap’

during the 70’s and 80’s the charts would often be graced by a bunch of very awkward looking footballers for filling their duties as club ambassadors by being forced into a sweaty recording studio to mumble lines from a hymn sheet.

Over time there has been over 54 tracks recorded by clubs charting in the Top 75, but not since 2008 when Cardiff City and James Fox with ‘Bluebirds Flying High’ which spent two weeks at No. 15. ha and English club give it a real go.

But could the Italian’s bring a resurgence with their version of the old festive staple ‘Jingle Bells’
ingeniously renamed ‘Inter Bells’.

With the Nerazzurri sitting top of Serie A, Festive cheer is available in abudnece at the San Siro with Yuto Nagatomo, Eder and even Javier Zanetti taking to the mic.

Inter are even inviting supporters to join them on the 16th December to help with a special Christmas carol rendition during their final home match before Christmas, against Udinese.

Get my passport… I’m off!
